Corinne N. Klein, MD

During my studies as an entomology major at UC Davis, thru the forests of Costa Rica, the fields of Belize, in the labs of Washington DC, I came to appreciate the unique field where human behavior, the environment, microbiology and medicine intersect – infectious diseases. I entered medical school with the intention of specializing in infectious diseases and I am honored to be a physician in this field and to serve my community in this capacity. I studied medicine with Ross University School of Medicine, formerly based on the stunning island country of Dominica, with rotations in Miami, Florida, Brooklyn, New York, Atlanta, Georgia and Sacramento, California. I completed my internal medicine residency and chief residency with Drexel University, Hahnemann Hospital, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I completed three years of fellowship with Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, gaining insight into general clinical adult and transplant infectious diseases, infection prevention and control and antimicrobial stewardship. In 2019, as my husband, a native Wisconsinite, and I sought a place to take all these experiences and serve our patients, we interviewed in the Fox Valley and are excited to have joined the medical community of northeast Wisconsin and to call it home. It is my sincerest hope that if you find yourself in need of an ID physician, you will find my practice to be compassionate, supportive, educational and an experience that improves your overall health and well being.
